I have an active update subscription on my Maxi Sys Elite, and expecting a SGM on a 2019 Jeep Cherokee,  I used my Android phone as a mobile hotspot for my MaxiSys Elite just before I Scanned it. On the Scan report I did not see the SGM as one of the modules on the list.

 Kind of expecting more and more of these SGM equipped Chrysler Products where I will have to clear codes and do Bi directional testing but not looking forward to having to pay $1000 plus to renew my update subscription, plus $50 a year to FCA just to be able to scan these vehicles. IMO Those Hackers that were shown on 20/20 news showing they could gain control inputs over a Jeep driven by another driver was most likely was a paid an Insider Job by FCA in order to pull this Cr@p on  INDY technicians.
